Is it a capsule hotel?

No it is not. All the guest rooms are individually separated rooms.

Is there a curfew?

No, there is no curfew. It is 24-hour facilities

Can we stay in the room during daytime in case if we stay for multiple nights?
A:
Yes, you can use the room from the time of check-in (13:00) to the time of check-out (10:00).

Do you have a parking space?
A:
No, there is a pay parking nearby (map).

Do you take credit card or debit card?
A:
Yes,we do take VISA,MasterCard,JCB,and Amex credit payment.

When do we make a payment?
A:
You make a payment at the time of check-in.

Do you have any plan for long-term stay?
A:
We have a monthly plan for only Y91000. Also we offer multiple-night stay plan for your needs.

 

Q:
Do you have any discount for twin rooms?
A:
Twin rooms are for Y7000~/night/room. There is no discount plan for twin rooms.

 

Q:
Can we check in earlier?
A:
The check-in time is 13:00. You can check in if the room(s) are ready.

 

Q:
Can we stay longer than check-out time?
A:
We would like to have the guest rooms ready for the next guests. Late check-out will result in a charge for another night.

Can you stay at hotel if you are under age?

Yes, you can stay only with a parental agreement signed.

Do you charge different for western- and Japanese-style rooms?
A:
No, it costs the same.

Is there any difference in room size between western- and Japanese-style rooms?
A:
No. the room size is the same.

What is the amenities?
A:
Plasma TV, air conditioner, table, refrigerator, Kleenex, and hangers.

Is bathrooms attached to each guestrooms?
A:
Japanese-style sento and shower are available on the first floor. Toilet and sinks are available on each floor.

Is there a bed in western-style guest rooms?
A:
Yes, all the western-style guest rooms are with a bed.

 

Q:
Can we cook in the guest rooms?
A:
We do not have any cooking facilities. Any activities that could cause fire is strictly prohibited.

Is there any microwave or hot water?
A:
Yes, there is a microwave and electric kettle on each floor.

 

Q:
Can we smoke in the guest rooms?
A:
You can smoke only in the smoking rooms; otherwise, there is an ashtray just outside of the hotel entrance.

To keep the maximum security of our guests, we recommend our guests to receive their visitors in the hotel lobby.

Do you have any toiletries in the shower/Sento?
A:
Yes, we have 2 in 1 shampoo and body soap ready.

Do you have any place to eat in the hotel?
A:
No, but there are some casual restaurants, convenience stores close by. Plus, you can have a quick delivery (e.g. pizza) in the guest rooms.

Do you have detergent available in the laundry?
A:
Yes, you can purchase it at the front desk.

Do you have any internet access from the guest rooms?
A:
Yes, you can your own computer in the room to access the internet. Lan cable is available at the front desk.

 

Q:
Can we deliver our luggage to/from the hotel?
A:
Yes, to receive it on the day of your arrival, please specify your check-in date with the personnel of delivery/mailing services. You need to have your personal identification ready . To deliver your luggage from the hotel, it is recommended to use pay at arrival delivery service.
*For our international guests, we can receive international shipping, however, we do not deliver your luggage from the hotel, internationally.
